The RSPB’s Living Classrooms field teaching scheme at RSPB Old Moor offers exciting, practical outdoor education programmes to schools.  Students explore nature through first-hand study of birds, habitats, food chains, adaptations, plants, invertebrates and other wildlife. Activities are risk-assessed and are linked to the National Curriculum for science and geography.

Facilities include: a superb classroom, dedicated education areas, bird feeding garden, playground, hides, shop, café, large car park, toilets, disability access and toilets.
